Image Bank- Minimum Depth of Field

In this image the technique of depth of field is used. This is shown through the use of focus, the front part of the image is in focus and then the background is blurred.

The same technique of depth of field has been used in this photograph. The object at the front of the image is in focus whereas the object in the background & the background itself is not in focus.

This photograph shows the depth of field technique through the use of the flower at the front of the image being in focus and the others in the background are out of focus.

This image uses a reflection to show depth of field. The reflection is in focus, whereas the actual women herself is not in focus. This photograph is in black and white.

In this photograph the technique of depth of field is shown through the patterns on the fish, the front of the fish is in focus but the back is not. The background of this image is also blurred, as part of the technique.

This image is very similar to the photo above of the fish. The head of the snake and part of the snakes body that is at the front of the image is in focus. The rest of the snakes body and the background is not in focus and is therefore blurry.
