Image Bank- Blurring

All of the images below show blurring through movement. Blurring can be the object in the picture, moving at a very fast speed to make the image seem blurred but the object is in focus. Another way to create the blurred effect is to make the camera move itself when taking the picture, this will make the same blurring effect.

Blurring photographs are different to normal photos because you can see the movement happening but you cannot see the blurred effect in reality, only on camera. Therefore the camera captures something that we can not see our selfs.

In this image the train has been captured while in motion, due tot he fact that the train is moving very fast the train itself has created the blurred effect. The background of the image is out of focus but the train is in focus, this technique could also be created by moving the camera itself. The lights on the train and it the background highlight that the train is moving fast
and creates a variety of different colours.

In this photograph of the teddy you can see that the blurring motion is shown through the speed of the round about. The teddy bear itself is in focus but the background is blurred, when looking at the image it makes you feel like the image is actually moving because of the blurred effect.

In this image again the blurring technique has been created because of the movement of the bike not because of the movement of the camera. The bike is the main focus so it is slightly more in focused, where as the background is total blurred.
