Step by step guide:
- firstly you must take your pictures in the studio, this technique cannot be done on location.
- Set the correct aperture, use the wheel on the back of the camera to set the shutter speed to "Bulb".

- Use polystyrene boards to stop the flash light reflecting on the background.
- You then have to hold down the shutter release button while taking all the photographs in order for it to stay as one photograph.
