Mid Project Review & Action Plan

Mid Project Review:

  • Add another technique into my personal project
  • Photograph more of the human body
  • Keep the subject broad and not narrow
  • Continue with the multiple imagery pieces that are laid out in the same way as a photo joiner (flower image)
  • Experiment more with animations
  • Photographer- Andreas feininger
Mid Project Action Plan:

After receiving the feedback above I have decided to keep my personal project shoot ideas broad as majority of the people who gave me feedback liked the variety of ideas that I had. Also after reviewing my own work I have made a work record of all the shoots I have done and all the shoots I would like to do. This is because I have realised the earlier the shoots are planned the better the photographs are.
In part of the rest of my personal project I need to incorporate another technique and have been think of using blurring. My idea is to get vibrant colourful lights and use the blurring technique to create a blurred photograph of colour.

For example:

Another piece of feedback I received was to experiment more with the technique animation. Therefore I am going to go through all my shoots that I have done and see what images I can use to make an animation. Also in shoots that I'm going to do in the future I will make more animations.
Also as part of the feedback I was told to look at Andreas Feininger's work and consider incorporating it into my personal project. As a result of this I am going to look at the photographers work and see how it would fit into my project.
